Recovery. Probably the most important thing to master on this list, injury prevention, just doing a cooldown after training or a match is good, but nowhere near enough, foam rolling for 20 minutes with an additional usage of listening to your own body with the areas that are tight. Getting into a routine of doing this either first thing in the morning or in the evening is a great habit.
